成都 . 星光影視文旅城是北京星光文旅投資有限公司發(fā)起，聯(lián)合天使陽(yáng)  光國際（北京）投資有限公司在成都投資興建的世界級的大型文化創(chuàng )意  產(chǎn)業(yè) 綜合金融文旅城，項目規劃總投資 60 億元，占地面積約 1000  畝左右，建筑規 模 100-150 萬(wàn)平米，將著(zhù)力打造成都新地標。項目  依托北京星光影視園在文 化旅游、電視節目制作、影視體驗、傳媒服務(wù)、  影視拓展領(lǐng)域的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗， 結合成都的地理優(yōu)勢、消費潛力、國家西  部大開(kāi)發(fā)的戰略，形成“文化產(chǎn)業(yè) 園區 + 文化旅游景區 + 休閑度假小  鎮 + 金融小鎮”的獨特產(chǎn)業(yè)推動(dòng)模式。項目  2017 年開(kāi)始建設和銷(xiāo)售，2019 年部分開(kāi)始運營(yíng)，5 年內建成。園區 GDP50 億以上，綜合稅  收 1 億元以上。

In order to deal with the relationship between flower industry  garden and local agricultural development, and also realize the win-  win pattern for government, enterprises and local residents, we plan  to plant flowering trees in local nursery and also develop modern  agricultural breeding project.

The garden aims to be the first sightseeing ecological farm in  Haikou which integrates original agriculture and custom experience,  farming culture display and popular science education for  teenagers.
